Our Services

The Mental Health Freedom Foundation is creating access to numerous medical services and healing modalities previously inaccessible to those in underserved and lower socioeconomic areas of Los Angeles, California. Through Integrative Medicine, mental health treatment and general wellness consultation, we will alleviate the issues that plague these communities. Each patient will receive personalized treatment (therapy and FDA-approved medicines) to their body and mental health requirements.

Therapies and treatments we offer:

Our Care

Inpatient Care

Freedom Treatment Centers will help adolescents and adults experiencing mental health and addiction issues find independence, healing and growth through personalized therapeutic care.

Outpatient Care

Providing comprehensive treatments and ongoing consultations will help our patients build and maintain healthy relationships and fluent lifestyles within their communities.

Integrated Care

By treating the mental and physical needs of our patients, we will better meet the triple aim of improved patient outcomes and satisfaction at a lower cost by addressing common, disabling and costly behavioral health problems.

Partnerships

The Mental Health Freedom Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit, has been developed for veterans, the homeless, the LGBTQ community and those with mental health or addiction issues.
